Humans Since 1982 ClockClock 24

The ClockClock 24 – Black is a striking wall-mounted kinetic artwork that merges timekeeping with sculptural motion. It features a handcrafted housing of black mineral composite, combined with precision electronic components and contrasting clock-hands for visual drama. Measuring approximately 90 × 40 × 3.4 cm (35.4″ × 15.7″ × 1.4″) and weighing around 18 kg (40 lbs), it makes a bold physical and conceptual statement. Built as a limited edition of 950 pieces, each unit comes numbered and certified for authenticity. Inside, proprietary hardware and software orchestrate multiple choreographed modes—active, medium, and quiet—where the individual clock arms perform abstract sequences before returning to tell the accurate time. Designed and assembled in Stockholm, this artwork incorporates stepper motors originally developed for high-performance dashboards, lending a refined mechanical vitality. Each movement feels deliberate and rhythmic, transforming time into an ongoing performance. Installation requires two people for proper mounting and stability, reflecting its precision engineering. While it functions as a timepiece, its primary identity is that of a kinetic sculpture that elevates any modern space. The ClockClock 24 – Black stands as both a work of art and a meditation on the passage of time.

VARUD means danger zone in Iceland 🇮🇸. This website is my personal version of that zone - filled with design, minimalism, and everything dangerously aesthetic. My wishlist keeps getting longer (and pricier) every day. So I turned temptation into curation — a space to admire without always buying.
